Terms and Conditions for Credit Report Dispute Service

1. Service Overview

The Send a Dispute Service (hereafter referred to as “the Service”) is a delivery-only service provided to members. The Service facilitates the submission of a completed credit dispute form to the relevant credit bureau on behalf of the member.

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is limited to the delivery of your dispute form and supporting documents to the credit bureau.
  • You, as the member, are solely responsible for following up with the credit bureau to track the progress and resolution of your dispute.

2. Eligibility for the Service

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be an active member of our platform.
  • Provide all required documentation, including a completed dispute form, valid identification, and any supporting evidence.
  • Ensure that the information provided in the dispute form is accurate, complete, and truthful.

3. Member Responsibilities

As a member using the Send a Dispute Service, you agree to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in the dispute form and supporting documents is accurate and complete.
  • Submission of Required Documents: You must provide all necessary documents for the dispute to be submitted. Incomplete submissions may result in delays or rejection by the credit bureau.
  • Follow-Up: You are solely responsible for contacting the credit bureau to track the status of your dispute and for any further communication or action required to resolve the dispute.
  • Compliance with Credit Bureau Requirements: You are responsible for understanding and complying with the credit bureau’s dispute resolution process and requirements.

4. Scope of the Service

The Send a Dispute Service is limited to the following:

  • Submission of your completed dispute form and supporting documents to the relevant credit bureau.
  • Providing confirmation of delivery to the member.

The Service does not include:

  • Investigating or resolving the dispute on your behalf.
  • Guaranteeing the outcome of the dispute or the actions of the credit bureau.
  • Following up with the credit bureau after submission.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Send a Dispute Service is a facilitation tool and does not guarantee the resolution of your dispute. The credit bureau is solely responsible for investigating and resolving disputes in accordance with their policies and procedures.

We are not liable for:

  • The credit bureau’s decision or actions regarding your dispute.
  • Any delays, errors, or rejections caused by the credit bureau.
  • Any financial or reputational impact resulting from the credit bureau’s handling of your dispute.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or omissions in the information you provide.
  • Delays or failures in the credit bureau’s dispute resolution process.
  • Losses resulting from the credit bureau’s decision or actions.

Our responsibility is limited to the accurate and timely delivery of your dispute form and supporting documents to the credit bureau.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as necessary to facilitate the delivery of your dispute to the credit bureau.

Your information will only be shared with the relevant credit bureau and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

8. Service Fees

This Service is provided at no additional cost to members.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • You provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
  • The Service is discontinued for operational or other reasons.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Send a Dispute Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Service.
